Narration and drawing about the Mycenaeans

This is Amanda’s work from one day of history. We have the Usborne Book of the Ancient World, which is the combination of The Egyptians, The Greeks, and The Romans. If you just had the Greeks, I believe it would be page 17 or close. We read a two-page spread, and this is the topic she chose. When she told me about it I wrote it down word-for-word. (She’s 6! I did ask some prompting questions! “From whom did they copy their writing style?”) I don’t require a drawing from each narration, but she loves to draw, so…! Just a word of encouragement to other moms out there, this whole history lesson took us less then 30 minutes!! We talked, giggled, scribbled!
