Default Regarding the "sub boards" of this board. Warning: Secular content

I don't know what they are called......
I know that there are sub groups of this board.
Does anyone know if there is a secular group?
How would I find it?

I think you are referring to the social groups? I hardly ever check them, but here ya go.
http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/group.php
I find them by going to the user control panel, and 'social groups' is listed in the menu on the left. HTH.

ETA: yes, there is a secular group as well as a non-christian group.

Default I don't think there is.

And, in the past, I have always argued against creating such a thing. I have always enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to discuss important issues with people of diverse backgrounds and opinions.

However, it does seem like the tide is turning lately, doesn't it? I feel less welcome here than I ever have in the past several years. It is getting tempting to walk away.

I think there is a secular (or at least "non-Christian") social group, although I'm not active on it.

Go to Community - social groups - view all social groups -

Join "Secular WTMers" and/or "Non-Christian Homeschoolers"

There are many other social groups that have nothing to do with religion or philosophy too like the one on crock-pots!

More of a cult, really...

And as with any cult, we have different sects. In our case, you align yourself with Campbell's soup. But other's from our group may poo-poo that.

This board, like any other group, has its ups and downs. Wait a month or two and things will be better again. It is disappointing though, isn't it?

I only poo-poo the cream of poo-poo soups. To accept them is heresy. Didn't you READ the manual that comes WITH the crock-pot?? Sheesh!

I read the manual. I don't view it as inerrant and infallible, though. I feel it's open to interpretation.
