I know when I first got here I couldn't figure out the levels of 'larvae' and 'bees'. I did a lot of searching in the posts and came up with...not much. SWB did state there are 14 levels. Well I got bored and did some looking and this is what I came up with ~ just in case anyone else is interested.

1) just visiting ~ changes after 10 posts at 11 to....
2) hive mind larvae ~ changes after 40 posts at 41 to...
3) worker bee ~ changes after 100 posts at 101 to...
4) level 2 nurse bee ~ changes after 160 posts at 161 to...
5) level 3 honeymaking bee ~ changes after 210 posts at 211 to...
6) level 4 builder bee ~ changes after 310 [I think] to..
7) level 5 forager bee ~ changes after 410 [I think] to..
8) level 6 scout bee ~ changes after 540 [I think] to..
9) royal larvae ~ changes sometime after 650 ??? to...
10) Queen bee ~ highest level seen so far

After about 300 posts there were too few to get a totally correct list but I think I did okay. I did this just to satisfy my curiosity.

that you could do that much research! I must admit, I was motivated by the levels at first, but honestly, I don't know how to find the time to make it a priority, so I'll happily bounce around at whatever I happen to be.

I'm not saying "You folks" to those here, in this thread...I was just looking at the member list and seeing ladies that have in excess of 500 posts and feeling a little less than prolific, lol. ;o)

I misread, and thought that you were saying that level three was *after* 200 posts.

I've been tracking this too, just to satisfy my own curiosity. I wonder what is coming next. SWB posted about this once and said "queen bee" was a level, but not the top level. Maybe at 1000 posts you become "royal supreme bee"??? :D

Hmm, I think I'm a scout bee, and for some reason I thought I had less than 540 posts. I think it was somewhere in the 400s. But as you said, it's hard to figure out when they get higher because there are so few. I'm posting this to double check to see how many posts I have!

This is an edit to as not to increase my posts. This was my 481st post and I'm a scout bee. I think I was one yesterday, too. This is purely informational to help your research, for which you deserve some credit!
