I have to ask, where are the midlands. I mean, I get the idea, it's between the upstate and the lowcountry, but what area exactly is considered midland? I've never heard that referenced before.

Hey there! I am in Saluda, on the Newberry side. Prosperity is only about 25 minutes from me.

The midlands is the area between the "Upstate" and "Lowcountry." Probably anything south of Laurens but north of Orangeburg fits in that category.

The Midlands, yes, as opposed to the Upstate or the Low Country (or the PeeDee). We are in the Columbia area. Better know in SC as The Midlands :)

I'm with TEACH (http://www.teach-hs.org), and a number of our families utilize Sheep as well. I've heard great things about their classes.

That is awesome! It is so refreshing to know there are other people around me homeschooling as well.....sometimes I feel all by myself and my friends just don't understand.
