I'm a little confused with CD. For the basic math is it $229 for the DVD and books or just dvds. Now is this program a spiral like saxon? Or similar to BJU math or a beka?

According to their wed site, the current price for DVD's and Textbook is $225 for the basic math course.

CD isn't spiral, it's a mastery course. There are cummulative tests at the end of each chapter in addition to the chapter tests.
