One of my missing packages did finally arrive. One month to the day from when it was shipped. It took an entire month for a package to travel from Georgia to Louisiana. But at least it showed up.
Still no sign of my second package. This one was ordered from a homeschool company in Florida. I ordered it and received an automated email response confirming the order on January 21. I have emailed them 4 times and have not received a response. Today I checked my credit card statement online and saw that the order was never charged to my account. I'm not sure how to proceed. It's possible that the items were on backorder and that's why they didn't charge me yet. Or maybe they've just forgotten about me. I'm not sure what to do. I'm not willing to wait indefinitely before purchasing these items from somewhere else, but I'm worried about ending up with 2 sets of books. Needless to say, I'm not too happy with the service. I can't find a phone number on their website either.
