Hi! I am trying to be economical with our money and I was wondering if I could get by with only the Teacher's Edition of Greek Classics by Fran Rutherford? I will buy the Student Edition if necessary. Does anyone have this book?

Thanks for your help

P.S. This is a book recommended in LCC. It was hard to find cheaper than $50 each but I did find it for less at Guardian Angel Store.

I just ordered these from Aquinas and More which sold them for 49.95. Boo hoo! Anyway, I should receive them fairly soon, so I'll put out an alert when I do to let you know details about the TM and Student book.

Okay, that's it. I have to buy the new LCC.

This is exactly what I needed when my oldest was slogging through the ancients. We used History Odyssey, which, imho, takes far too huge a leap between levels two and three. The Ancients are simply too difficult to take on without a guide. I sure wish I'd known about this book two years ago! Reading the description, and knowing that Drew recommended it, I'm guessing it's worth every penny.

Good luck!

I haven't seen it but did find a review a couple of days ago

When searching for it, I also discovered that she wrote one for the Romans too.
