Somewhere I read that in the military you can still use expired coupons for 6 months. IF anyone here would like me to send them some coupons to use and share on the base then just PM me. Preferably if your in the US, but I'll send overseas - just let me know if there are any extra forms to be used.

After I did, I double checked the policy on expired coupons at Commissaries, and it looks like only overseas Commissaries accept expired coupons.

As long as they have an APO address, the postage is the same as within the US. :)
