It depends on your grading scale.
The general standard, as I understand it is:
80-83= B-
84-86 = B
87-89 = B+

The formatting didn't come out quite right, but from what I can see, her school has weighted things a bit - 4.0 is, generally, the highest you can go, though some schools weight AP courses differently.
The college standard I have seen has a plain A=3.5 (percentage equivalents vary a bit from class to class, depending, in part, on how hard the class is.).
