colored envelopes on the for sale/swap board

What do the colored envelopes mean on the for sale/swap board? I got a half red/yellow beside my chalk dust post. If it represents negative points....I am surprised because the lady I sold it to emailed me wanting to purchase the next program from me next year when my daughter finishes it.

Any help where to go??? Can I respond to the negative post?
