"Everything's Coming Up Fractions" with Cuisenaire rods has worked wonderfully for my children. They have each completed this after Saxon 54 and pretty much have fractions nailed before going into 76.

Math U See has a free worksheet generator. Choose book Epsilon, then the type of problems (ie, adding multiple fractions. http://www.mathusee.com/worksheet/worksheet.html

www.homeschoolmath.net (http://www.homeschoolmath.net) has a fraction worksheet generator. Just scroll down and on your left you will see Create Free Worksheets. Fraction Worksheets are under that heading.
