My husband and I loading up the little men and heading out to Cataloochee for Friday and Saturday. We have never been skiing. We promised our little men that we would do this before winter ended. We considered Ober Gatlinburg but it seemed significantly more expensive.
We are packing extra thinsulate gloves, ear warmers, hats, and turtle necks. We are renting ski equipment as well as pants called "bibs."
We found a deal that included lift ticket, lesson, and equipment for $39.00 a person.
I would really appreciate any advice from locals or those with experience. Thanks,
