I know, that's bizarre advice, but it works with homeschooling and parenting.

If you have a great day, don't think they'll all be like that and be disappointed when you have a tough one.

If you have a rough day, don't think it will never get better.

This has gotten me through some tricky spots! (And I didn't even like my bassoon professor that much. . . .;))
