Grr... 3 yo. Crayon. Uncashed check. Now what?

What do I do?

My 3 you was practicing her penmanship. On an uncashed check. With red crayon. There's on mark on the front, but the back is mostly colored in below the signature line. :mad:

Am I out of luck?

Thankfully, it's a local check, not my tax refund :rolleyes:

I think the bank would cash it just fine :) Just point at the 3 year old and tell them it's HER fault. ;)

deposit it through the ATM. Anything goes through those things.

I can't imagine that keeping your bank from accepting the check. Our bank doesn't even require endorsement if you're depositing the check into the account of the payee.
