SRA Hooked on Phonics Your Reading Power -14ppd.
100 story folders of progressing difficulty, each with questions designed to facilitate reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, etc. Each story and questions is printed on it's own little folder. The stories are kept in this neat case. Also comes with 4 tapes. This did more for my kids' reading comprehension than anything else I did.

Creating Young Writers Using the 6 Traits to Enrich Writing Process in Primary Classrooms by Vicki Spandel This is a fantastic writing book, with lots of actual ideas of how to teach writing. It was written for classroom teachers, but I found it translated nicely into the homeschool setting. It gives examples of writing, and steps to improve writing, yet retain the passion for writing. New condition. 257 pages.



The Creative Journal for Children A Guide for Parent’s, Teachers, and Counselors by Lucia Capacchione 120 pages Great ideas for beginning writers to draw or write. Many suggested topics with directions. 4ppd.
