I just sent in a request to the book samaritan,

Give them time. It took a few days for my initial response, and once I sent in the request (which technically we are supposed to be mailing in), I haven't heard back yet.

I suppose I will send in a snail mail copy. Just to make sure it gets there and in fact, that is what they ask us to do.

Just give it some time. At least a week for email. If no response, send a snail mail. It'll happen.

I haven't sent a request recently, but last year when I sent one, I did snail mail and it takes a bit of time for them to fill the order and get it sent out to you.
If you didn't do snail mail, I would send one out..
Hopefully they aren't too busy right now compared to over summer with people wanting stuff for fall.
