$8 - Basketball Thematic Unit, by Teacher Created Materials. I bought new at a teacher store for 9.95 plus tax. I never used this. It got squished on my shelf and the first 3 pages have a one-inch strip along the right edge that is wrinkled up, but otherwise the book is nice.
$7 - The Young Basketball Player, A young enthusiast's guide to basketball, by Chris Mullin, DK book, large format hardcover.
$3 - On the Court With... Michael Jordan, by Matt Christopher. One of the books used in the thematic unit above.

I bought new at a teacher's store; it was on a scratch-n-dent sale but is really fine. Has a lot of activity ideas like planning a family vacation online, the meaning of the parts of a web address, etc.
