I'm trying to gauge the pace of this book for next year.

I'm a little confused at some sections:
1-5: Says it should take 2 days, including test
2-6: Says it should take 3 days, including test

What test? I don't see it. I see the test at the end of the chapter.

Ideas? If anyone's got a schedule for it, I'd love it.

I remember reading here (?) that if you follow the schedule in the TM it will take longer than a 180 day school year to get through the book. What we do is a section a day, all odd problems. Occasionally, we will spend more than one day on the longer sections, the word problem sections, or sections where dd encounters problems. I was doubting whether dd would finish the book since most weeks we do math four days a week, but now dd is chugging along at a good pace. It helped that we did the first couple chapters last spring.

Also, I've found that the lessons became much simpler after we got past chapter 6. We're going at a faster pace now and it's working.

I LOVE FOERSTER'S!!!!
