trouble with a blog loading? help!

My dad is having trouble getting my blog to load. He has ATT for a carrier. The side bars will load but the main text body will not.

Has anyone had trouble with my blog or any other blog doing this to them?

Ideas on how I might tell him how to fix that?

I am really a computer klutz, but...I 've heard that cleaning out your caches and de-fraging can help with loading problems. a thought.

I'll pass it on to them. It is hard to do over the phone. Especially with someone who doesn't even know how to copy and paste! But he hates not being about to read about his grandkids and their antics!

It loaded fine for me. I don't know what the problem could be. He could always try refreshing the page several times. Other than that, I'm a mac girl, so my knowledge of a pc has gone down considerably. Sorry I can't be more help.

I'm a MAC gal myself!:D

I am pretty sure it is something on their end with settings. Any time I make minor changes to it -- layout, color of font, etc. -- they have had problems. The other time it was a situation in which he said my blog was too big!
His wife figured out they needed to do something to resize something. But this is a new issue. The blog will load but the middle section will be blank. The side bars are there, but no middle! I don't have a clue for that!
