Yes, it is still for sale. It does include the CD. The book is in very good condition. I think I put a few check marks in the table of contents, but overall it's in good shape.

Sorry, I did not get back with you sooner. Although I love the looks of BJU Math K for my dd, and your TE is an awesome price, I probably should use the Math book I've already purchased for her a while back.

I totally understand! BJU Math was great for K, but If I had already bought something I would probably use it too. I'm kind of in the same situation right now. I already bought Horizons 3, but I would love to try CLE instead.
