Great news! If you are a fan of the revolutionary children's show "Liberty's Kids" and would like to see it back on the air, now is your chance! I'm pleased to report that beginning this Wednesday February 27, The History Channel will
air episodes of "Liberty's Kids" on Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 7:30 am and
Saturday 7:00 am to 8:00 am. I received this information from Kevin
O'Donnell, co-producer of "Liberty's Kids." He says The History Channel is
worried that a cartoon will fail on their network, so that's why this is
only a test marketing of the show.

IMPORTANT! The History Channel needs to know this is the kind of programming that we as parents want for our children. So tune in and watch, then contact The History Channel via their Help Desk at http://www.history.com/global/feedback/index.jsp?NetwCode=THC
and tell them how much you and/or your children enjoy the program. If the
show does well, the producers are prepared to create more programs
highlighting other historical eras in American History. Imagine how much fun
it would be to watch the same type of educational animated series about
other periods of our nation's history like the Civil War or the Oregon
Trail.

Just wanted to pass this along!

Yeah, thanks for sharing. While studying the revolution this year we used some old "You were there" DVD's. I couldn't help thinking of Walter Cronkite as Ben Franklin as we were watching.

Is it wrong to tell you dc "Get up and watch TV"?;)

My ds looked earlier and saw it for tomorrow and Friday. I just checked again and it's here for us.

Check the 4am time slot on History Channel. I did a search for it and found it there. Sometimes it's a time zone thing (I'm on the west coast).

We will be starting our study of America again in just a few weeks. I LOVE this show. I have it set to record.

Thanks for the heads-up. We watched this morning. My two older ones (9 and 7) remembered it from when it was on PBS and were so happy to be seeing it again. The first words out of their mouths, "I love this show." The second, "When we start homeschooling do we get to study the Revolutionary War?"

It took me a while to find this here in Texas. When I searched by name in my TiVo, it did not come up. However, when I searched the History Channel by time, I found it at 6 a.m.

This is so cool.
