I dunno. Someone said on a forum somewhere that it was good, and it was good for you. Huh. Tastes like hot water with some Splenda in it. Are there supposed to be any health benefits in green tea (or white tea) that outweight its total lack of flavor?

Green Tea has a large amount of antioxidants. It is the best kind of tea for you. I don't care for it plain either, but I love Wisotsky Green Tea (http://www.shopisraeltoday.com/Food.htm). It comes flavored with different things like mint or Jasmine. I don't buy it from the site I linked you to, I just wanted to show you a pic of the packaging. I buy it at our grocery store.

I actually have my littles drinking this...I don't even drink it. They like it because they love eating at chinese restaurants. I guess that I started them young. The only think that I don't like is the caffeine. :-(

ITA! I like a really strong cup of tea and green tea just doesn't cut it for me. I keep trying though b/c of what everyone keeps saying about it. I drink my coffee black and like my tea strong! :D

I'm too much of weak one. Everything I drink is watered down.

Here's a better link for that tea that I like and a little different spelling. Same tea though.

Constant Comment Green tea is not bad. It has some flavor. I always add honey to mine. That helps!
