Iditerod questions?

HI, I was trying to find info on following the Iditerod and had some questions.
I have joined the yahoogroup, but so many of the files are from years past ie maps. I was also wanting a site that would have live streaming of the race and continuous tracking of the mushers. Any advice?

Glad to see there are some fans of the Iditarod out there! The official site is www.iditarod.com (http://www.iditarod.com) and it offers a variety of resources. To see videos, look at the Anchorage TV station websites; www.ktuu.com (http://www.ktuu.com) is one of them.

If you and your kids are really interested, you may enjoy reading the books written by Libby Riddles, the first woman to win the Iditarod. We have read Storm Run and enjoyed it.
