Has anyone here used it? I'm looking at the 9th grade chemistry for my oldest next year. Is it possible to do the experiments from the practical book or is that written for school use with a lab?

May I suggest posting this question to the high school board? They might be more knowledgeable on the level you are considering.

we did a number of the experiments, in the kitchen. I chose experiments at the beginning of the year from the lab manual, and ordered the needed supplies from Carolina lab supply and Home Science Tools. I can't speak directly to chemistry, because we didn't do it, but try checking on the singapore forums. I've gotten some very helpful answers there.
