Malem Enuresis Alarm, Model MO3 - originally $85, asking $45 ppd in US.
This has a sensor that goes on the undies and an alarm that pins onto the shirt. As soon as it senses any moisture, the alarm goes off to wake the child up so they can go to the bathroom. We used it for only a month or so with one child, and it was very effective.:D
