have you been happy with this? I am thinking of using it since MFW recommends it, but I am not sure if I want to give up the thoroughness of R&S.

One option is that you could use them concurrently because they approach things from totally different angles. My children are using LLATL but they also use a more straight down the line grammar program as well because I like the combination of different focusses. You could either do a little of each every day, or alternate them day to day.

Just a thought.
