Can you begin with whichever book you choose? For example, if I don't feel my 7th grade girl is ready for the s*xual themes in the literature of Omnibus I, can we start with Omnibus II, move on to Omni III and then go back to Omni I?

Yes, I definitely believe you could do that. You can tweak Omnibus I, II, or III in many ways. There are many, especially those who have kids who are in 7th through 9th grades, who don't do all of the readings.

Yes you can start with any book. In fact, I think the readings in I are the most difficult.
