Looking for tutor, what do I need to know

I have decided that it would be better for my son and myself if I found him a reading tutor. We have Barton, and while I believe it would be great for him, we are having too many disruptions - mostly from my special needs toddler- and I feel overwhelmed with much that is happening to us IRL. There are 2 tutors locally (according to Susan Barton) that are certified for Barton. There are a few more within an hour of my home. Other than "How much do you charge for how long?" what questions do I need to be asking? What other things do I need ot be looking for?
