I have been reading all the math threads on here with great interest. Currently, I'm researching Lial's Algebra (thanks to Jann and Michelle), but then I read about Math Relief and was very interested.
Things I need to know:
1) Is Math Relief Algebra 2 considered one the the 'standard algebra texts' that I was encouraged to use after TT 1 & 2? Or, could it be?
2) Do you need to have used Math Relief Algebra 1 in order to use Math Relief Algebra 2? I was told this wouldn't work for Saxon, but how about with this program?
3) Does Math Relief Algebra 2 have the rigor needed for a good, solid, standard (whatever word fits there), algebra 2 program? As opposed to the TT algebra 2 that we have completed. Does it rank up there with Lial and Saxon and Chalkdust?
Thanks for any help and for all these current math threads. I love reading everyone's opinions and experiences. It really helps, especially right now as math is what I'm looking for :)
