Anyone use a PDP or IEP???

Here in our state a PDP seems to be vague as far as implimentation goes and an IEP is obtained through the local school system. I know each state is different but wondering what types of things you document for when using a PDP. I am trying to get some local information from those using an IEP in the school system just to compare what they document (looking for some basic standards). Any thoughts on how to proceed would be appreciated.
