What is the name of this test?

It measures how much of a student's potential he is utilizing. My mind is blank. And if anyone has given it to their child, opinions please.

I seem to recall reading about a test like that over there.

It's a Cognitive Abilities test. I ordered my through BJU test services a few years ago. It was incredibly helpful. It showed me how each child processed their information and what their strengths were.....as I recall. Been a while.
