Amber in AUS

So I have been mulling over whether to get RS B or just keep going with the flow with DD and whilst doing my mulling over she has almost memorised all of the math facts up to 9+9=18. As she can complete 2 digit addition and has a sound understanding of place value she is now quizzing into RS C (once she turns 5 in July).
So how much review from B is there at the start of C? Realistically could we go with C and take_it_really_slowly?
How much subtraction and/or multiplication does she need before going into C. She can subtract without regrouping no worries will intro regrouping once we have those pesky facts down. She was drilling them in the bath this evening for fun
Or should I get B and go through it quickly with her then move on to C? This isn't my favoured option because it will work out really pricey in AUD. Thanks
