My son is interested in Naval ROTC - Marine option. Does anyone have experience applying for this scholarship? How do they treat homeschool students? Any advice is appreciated!

No experience, but when dd#1 went to a college visit weekend (small, Christian school) the ROTC guy was there to answer questions. If you have a particular college in mind, I'd call the ROTC office & ask directly. I imagine in regards to homeschoolers, they look on them as any other student accepted by the college.
Also, dh was talking to a retired AF General the other day & he said that a little known fact is that any ROTC can transfer between services. That way, if they don't have NROTC, but do have Army ROTC at your ds's 1st choice school, he's not totally out of the Marines. HTH!:001_smile:
