We drive a lot and have listened to many books on CD in the car. My children love all the Anne of Green Gables, Little Women/Men etc and also some good G.A. Henty, among many others.

I am trying to find something good to listen to wholesome like Anne and Little Women- what have you enjoyed:bigear:.

The Narnia series, Otto of the Silver Hand, Robin Hood, The Princess and the Goblin, The Princess and Curdie, Swiss Family Robinson, Treasure Island, The Wind in the Willows, A Wrinkle in Time, G A Henty books, Jim Weiss CD's (lot's of different stories), 20000 Leagues Under the Sea.

Those are the ones I can remember right now. We enjoy listening to stories in the car, and we are in the car a lot.
