I cannot locate a shipping page at the IEW site. Does anyone know the shipping charges off the top of his/her head?

Maximum Charge: $9.75

Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and FPO addresses may take longer.
IEW will choose the best shipping method for your order, US Mail or UPS.
