I need your best Oatmeal recipe.

I tried making oatmeal a couple of years ago and it went over with the boys like a pregnant pole vaulter.

Last night at dinner we were talking about food and one of them decided they wanted to try oatmeal, so I'm going to attempt it again.

The only requirements are that it cannot use a microwave and it needs to be good.

I use the Quaker quick oats and serve it with a little bit og maple syrup. It's a hit here. The package stuff is all sugar.

Because my dd is allergic to dairy, I substitute soy for cow's milk. My dh who thinks oatmeal is related to wall paper paste, really liked this recipe!
