Crazy question--is there such a thing as a template that looks like notebook paper?

I'm working on some handouts for school, and I always like to doll things up some. So, to make some pages more interesting, I thought adding something that looks like notebook paper. Does something like this exist?

Yes......... I can't remember what sites, but they were free. Google is your friend! I've had notebook paper with all kinds of pictures around a border...and inserted in the body, I got them from some general teaching sites.
