I don't know if this is the best place to ask/discuss this topic, but I really don't have anyone else to talk this through with (aside from dh).
I received a flyer in the mail from this virtual school.

I have always intended to hs through high school and that has not changed. But, I am considering the possibility of a virtual high school.
I have ideas for classes and a sort of plan for the high school years, but I find myself having trouble sticking to a plan (this has always been an issue for me). I don't want to mess up my dc high school years because of my issues.
Anyway, in light of this, I am considering the possibility of enrolling my ds in a virtual high school. I know that we technically would not be homeschoolers if we do this option, but that is ok with me.
I am not sure this is what I want to do, but it would take some pressure off of me and I would know that he is getting the classes he needs.
I just don't know. What would make you decide to use a virtual school? If you didn't feel strongly about them one way or the other, do you see them as a viable option?
I am planning on attending the informational meeting in March to get more information, but I know they will make it sound wonderful.
Has anyone here used a virtual school and if so, what did you think of it?
Thanks!
