For those who have ordered this I have a question. Once you place your order how long is it before you can download it? Is it instantly or do you have to wait on them to process your order.

We I ordered during their business hours it was instant. When I ordered on a Friday night I had to wait for them to open up for business on Monday.

I received two e-mails. The first I got right away and it had the download link. The second was my authorization code for the LockLizard (BTW LockLizard is a separate download), which g-mail put in my trash and I deleted (oops!) and then they had to re-send to me. :D Can you say saga?

If you haven't gotten the 2nd e-mail within a few hours I would give them a call or e-mail them.

I don't remember now what the problem was, but they were extremely helpful. Next time it won't take any time at all because I'm set up. I'll just need a new license code and that doesn't take them long.
