So, I'm wondering how many of us took advantage of the free DVD from T-Tapp
and how many are using it?
I finally took a look at ours a couple of days ago, and I'm Impressed! I can do this, and her seminar made such great sense.
So, how many here are using T-Tapp?

However, much to our shame we haven't used it yet! We have high hopes though . . . :(

well, see, I figured as much. I did the same. I just want to encourage you to watch the Yes You Can DVD. It is really good!

Is the free DVD still available? Where can I find out about this?

Thanks.

Here's a link: http://www.t-tapp.com/store/shopexd.asp?id=2525
(Although I see the S&H is high: $8) I hate when shipping costs as much as the item you want to buy:(

But I don't quite get the set up of this kid's dvd. It's so disjointed I wasn't sure how to use them. Do you just pick a few of the exercises at a time & do them in any order? That's very unlike her total workout. I was expecting a short routine for the kids to be able to follow, not a bunch of single exercises to peruse. What do you do?

This particular DVD was set up so that we could just take a break from school and do some stretches/exercises. It isn't really a "workout" at all. I just found that her knowledge of everthing from physiology to body types and therefore what to expect of your body and types of clothing one should wear was impressive.
