My dd told me she wanted to learn Greek. What is a good text to start with for middle school. Hey Andrew seems kind of young.

Elementary Greek
That's what we'll be using.

I would start her with Greek Alphabet Code Cracker from Classical Academic Press.
Beyond that, have you looked at Elementary Greek (http://www.opentexture.com/products/greek/yearone/)?

I will second the recommendation for Elementary Greek. My oldest (6th grade) is using it this year and he loves it. It is so open and go.

Another vote for starting with Elementary Greek (Gatchell). After that you can easily move on to a more adult curriculum in 7th or 8th grade, for which I suggest Ann Castro's Greek For All Ages.

This is what we'll be doing too. The code cracker in the summer, and then Elementary Greek in the fall.
