I am looking for a website that reviews and endorses books much like some (Focus on the Family has one) I've seen for movies. The age group would be for 12+ and I'm interested in Christian-based or otherwise wholesome (focus on character/morals/truths, etc).
Thanks in advance!

are ya sure there's nothing? If not websites, how 'bout some books that offer reviews to help a parent select wholesome books for teens.
Thanks!

I'm a lurker here - former homeschooled kid, current college distance-learning kid. :) I know of two online magazines that might help you. They aren't Christian, but they're classical, and feature lots of detailed book reviews. Check out www.hdsmag.com (http://www.hdsmag.com) (for tweens) and www.sparrowtreesquare.com (http://www.sparrowtreesquare.com) (for teens and tweens). They're edited by two sisters, both homeschooled.

www.bookangles.com (http://www.bookangles.com) and www.factsonfiction.org (http://www.factsonfiction.org) are two book review sites that I can think of at the moment.

This thread really should be bumped up a few times so everyone gets a chance to see these magazines. They are just wonderful. Thank you College Teen.
Please post again;)

Thanks for the encouragement, Lorna. I feel shy about posting, since I'm not a parent, so I'm glad my links helped someone.
