It involved cream cheese. Perhaps a Southern Living recipe?
It was the best banana bread I have ever eaten. And I've lost the print-out.
Could you help me again, please?

It wasn't me, but I bookmarked it when I saw that thread. Still haven't tried it. I'm pretty sure this is it (http://www.recipezaar.com/118477).

Did I read this right? Does 1 serving really have 1000 calories and 50g of fat? Help, it sounds so good....

No, the portions are off there.
The recipe makes two loaves, which should be at least sixteen servings. The nutritional info is based on eight servings.
Now, it's certainly true that I could eat a quarter of a loaf in one sitting. But I don't recommend it. ;)

Thanks. It sounded so good that I printed it out. Then I saw the nutrition stuff on the side, but couldn't believe it. So this is only a recipe to be made when I know I'll have to share it! ; )

Also, the nutritional information is calculated using BOTH toppings, for some reason. It's excellent without any topping at all. I substitute a cup of chocolate chips for the nuts.
