SOTW tests (not in Activity Guide) created by a WTM mom...can someone link these?

Several years ago when SOTW first came out, a wonderful WTM mom created chapter test questions for one (pr more) of the books.

Does anyone have these and would you be willing to post them? Or e-mail them to me if they are in a document?
