These are the same folks that produced the Prairie Primer so Further Up and Futher In is a year long unit on the 7 books in the Narnia series. Seems like there are lots of activities which would work for my hands on learning. Would love to hear comments from those who have used it, thanks!:D

I haven't used it, but I've had my eye on it for a couple of years now. My kids are very much into Narnia (and Lord of the Rings), and I've been pondering taking a year to do it. I just can't figure out how it would mesh with a truly "classical" approach, kwim? Anyway, I just thought I'd bump this to the top for you as I wait a reply with you. :D

Hi Angela,
I bought it and decided not to do it because my boys had already read the series and some of the stuff they weren't interested in doing. I was kind of disappointed because I wanted to do it!!! (My boys are 15, 13, and 10). It covers all the books and has a lot of activities...so you can pick and choose. I just listed it on the Sale and Swap Board, if you are interested.
HTH!
