I'm guessing you mean Levels 54, 65, 76, etc? Well, the worksheets are Fact practice sheets, a few worksheets for the Investigations that are every 10 lessons, and the tests for every 5 lessons. Could you do without it? I guess. Sometimes I wonder if tests are really necessary for Saxon because of the constant review. I guess if your student is super strong in his facts you don't need to do the fact practice. But, my dd is in 65 this year, and about 1/2 way through the year the fact practice changes to short division with remainders (like 16/3) and reducing fractions, and some things about percents. So, they are working on increasing their speed with some new things, beyond the basic facts. I get the tests and worksheets, but I guess you don't have to :)
