Has anyone done A Child's Geography 2?

How did you like it? How did your dc like it? What age did you use it for? I'm considering using it to go along with Ancients when dd is in 5th and ds is in 2nd.

I used it last year. My kids were in 4th and 6th. I thought it was perfect for their ages - a really great study of the Middle East. I think it might be over the head of your 2nd grader, but he'd probably pick up bits and pieces from it. It wouldn't really 'go along' with an ancient history study because it covers what the area is like now. I'd probably be more likely to use it with a modern history study. You could do it with ancients, but they just wouldn't necessarily tie together.

Yes, that helps a lot! In fact, we're doing Modern next yr, so I'll take a closer look at it! I'm anxious to study it myself!
