??Extra Practice for Italics Getty & Dubay A??

Does anyone have a site that I can print extra practice sheets for the "Number Section" of Getty & Dubay Book A?

was print out blank handwriting paper, and make a copy of the chart at the beginning of the book that shows the alphabet and all the numbers. I just have dd look at the chart and do her copywork or practice on the handwriting paper. She can trace right on the chart a couple of times if she needs to help her hand "remember" how to form the letters/numbers.
