Okay, so who if *your* favorite on American Idol so far?

Mine is Michael Johns hands down. After him I like the dread locks guy, then Syesha for the girls. Asia'a is cute too.

I forget their names! I love, love the boy who is 17 (or maybe 16?). The one who was just so humble. I'm just worried he's going to lose his appeal later on. He's almost too innocent for Hollywood.

I also liked the guy who played the guitar and the dredlock guy (I could get lost in his eyes!!).

There was one guy who I thought was TERRIBLE! I don't know his name - he has long curly hair and sang a slow song. Oh - and the other guy who actually looks like a girl. I think he's cocky.

Asia'a is my favorite girl. I also like the girl with the "skunk" hair!! ;) Her singing isn't my style, but I think she's got real talent!

This is my first season watching and I LOVE it! Now I see what the appeal has been!

Last year was my first season watching...but I forget most of the names this year! If Micheal Johns is the Aussie than he is my favorite of the guys....last night my kids(7 and 5) were awake for watching the eclipse so I watched the show in between sword fights and pillow fights and squabbling!:( I'll have to reserve judgemnet until next week!

I like the dreadlock guy, and David Archuleta (the young guy).

For the gals I like Ramiel (sp?), and Sayesha.

I know who annoys me already. He kind of reminds me of the whole Sanjaya thing. He had real attitude and did some kind of *snap* thing at Simon for his comments and was snarky. I really don't want to be seeing him there long if he continues to act like that!

I agree with the dreds guy. He was really sweet. And the guy that went last I though was pretty cool too. I didn't see the whole show with the guys and missed the girls last night.

I agree with Michael Johns, he's my top guy right now. I also liked David Cook (sang "Happy Together" I think), David Something (the young kid), and the dreadlock guy that played the guitar. None of the girls really stood out to me, but I was in and out with kids and eclipse too. :) Maybe I'll find a favorite next week. Or I just prefer male voices! LOL.

For those of you who missed an episode...youtube.com always has the performances on there. just type in "american idol top 24" or some such thing, and you can find all the performances. that is the only way I get to see it (no tv here).

I can't believe I've been watching American idol lately, but it does seem to be one of the more entertaining shows in the wasteland. I haven't seen the girls, but I absolutely loved the guy with the dreadlocks, and the one that looked like somebody's sweet dh, even though Simon didn't like him at all. I can't remember names at all. I didn't like the Elvis singer with the attitude.

I didn't realize that he was from my area until after I posted. There were three contestants from Indiana. Two fairly close neighbors, Mulberry & Crawfordsville. The third one was voted off last night. I'm sure they'll be buzz about things around here. I noticed an article in the newspaper.
