Any Keystone courses you would recommend?

I am leaning towards having my dd & ds work towards achieving a Keystone Diploma by having them take the 6 essential courses to receive that. If we return to Canada, it would be so helpful in getting them in to any college/university. I would appreciate any reviews on courses your children have taken through Keystone...indicating whether the course was "on-line" or correspondence would also be helpful.
